I'm a marketer; but my real job is building systems.

For over 11 years I've worked in performance marketing, e-commerce, app growth and marketplace ecosystems. At Flormar I run end-to-end digital marketing performance across brand.com, mobile app and marketplace channels, with marketing P&L responsibility. Per Nielsen data, Flormar ranks as Turkey's #1 makeup brand — I've had a hand in that through efficient digital marketing budget management.

"Your comfort zone will kill you" is a personal motto. That's why a part of me stayed in production: radio hosting, podcasting, voiceover work (Başkent Academy — diction, dubbing & voiceover), and photography. I bring brands a strategic view that covers not just ad management, but content, data and audio too.
